does anyone have a draft(in spanish) for the letter i need for my children to travel back from colombia? is it possible to get one that will be good foe more than 3 months?
we are thinking about moving to colombia i will possibly retiring in the next 2 or 3 monthd just wondering which city would be the best to live on a 2200.00 a month pension with 4 kids thanks

well the embassy receive the test results after a 1 month wait.we werent able to get a appointment back at the embassy untill feb 2, they said they were really busy in jan. anyway now my nerves are shot thinking whats the next reason they say no. i am only hoping that because they only asked for dna test for the kids that is all that keep us from getting they visas.with my wife being at the time we want to come home 37 weeks and 5 days this is the last shot at getting her here before the baby is ...
after we did all the embassy wanted for us to do to prove our children are ours. and with there being a very short window my wife will be able to travel because she is pregnant she called today for a appointment in the embassy to take there passports to finish up and receive her visas they told her they werent giving any more appointments for january she would have to wait till febuary. which at that time she will be 9 months an unable to travel. i have lost all faith.

we went to our interview monday morning after waiting for 4 hour and going through the normal question they ask we were told because out 2 childern went babtised we had to spend another 600.00 dollars and do dna test so my wife could prove they were her kids.even with birth certificates and all the photos over there life time they said they had to be sure we didnt steal the kids off the streats.i firmly believe its all about pumping american dollars in to colombia. anyway it only add a few more ...

well i found out today our interview is December 12 still havent recieved the packet 4 called the embassy today to find out. they mailed the packet 4 nov.7 great mail there. thanks for all the help you guys have given me and the support. got one last hill to get over and with Gods help we will be home december 15.

well its coming up on the time they will list the dates for the December interviews. We havent recieved our packet 4 yet (turned in packet 3 Nov. 3rd) Only praying we will be on the list anyway.if not it looks like our son will be born in colombia.Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. hope everyone day tomorrow is wonderful. alittle update on my family we are still waiting on packet 4 my wife turned in packet 3 november 3 went to the embassy on november 22 hoping to get them to give her the packet 4 but was told she had to wait on the mail or when it came out on the internet. i was hoping for a early december interview date but now it dont look so good. with my wife being 6 months pregnant the time is getting clos to where she wont be able to travel.i have such a small window ...
my wife being 6 months pregnant i dont think will be able to get the required vaccinations. anyone been through this will they make her wait or will she be able to come and get them here after the baby is born.

k3 approved Sept 26 and mailed to Nvc
k3 received Oct 3 at the Nvc

does anyone know how long it take to get to Bogota?
