hotel in north bogota and airfare

Anyone know of a reasonable hotel in north bogota? Fontana quoted me at $200+, I'd like half that price or less. I saw a hotel that had Rincon in part of the name but no prices or email. My Spanish is limited.

Also, what's a good airfare from Milwaukee to Bogota? It seems a lot of flights land at night, any during the day? ...
