Peter - new forum for relationships?

Either it is Gringos looking for Latina brides or Old Biddies like me rocking a 20-something Colombian cradle, or Mad Lion and his special situation, but there are getting to be plenty of threads dealing with relationships/dating and so on - perhaps we bore others who have more travel related concerns.

Adive for a woman traveling alone in Colombia?

I speak Spanish, so that is no issue. And most people here guess that I am COLOMBIAN - they say I speak like a Colombian, and that I look like a Colombian?? I never understood that, as I am a "gringa" - anyway, after hearing about Colombian women and how nice looking they are - I am going to start taking that as a compliment.

I was just wondering how much of the following music is played in dance clubs in Colombia:

Salsa
Merengue
Bachata

Let's say, in an hour at a latin dance club, how much of each .... and cumbia or whatever ... would be played?

Does it very if you are in the capital or on the coast?
