Need some help with my Fiance's daughter

I have a fiancé living in Barranquilla Colombia with her 3 year old daughter. We are in our final stage of our fiancé visa process. We have spoken to the father of my wife's daughter and he has no problem signing paperwork to give us permission to take his daughter out of the country.
