As a matter of general interest to me, does anyone know anyone suffering this condition in Colombia, perhaps Desi might know? Eastern european versus Colombian women

Understanding latin temperament is not easy for non-latins. I am used to the exageration being born in a latin country (my colombian ex did not consider Spanish latins but europeans!) but my opinion on Colombian women as compared to say Russians is that the Russians do not say I love you etc so easily but tend to be more loyal ,and sincere whereas Colombians have perhaps a more casual attitude to being faithful. ...
