So I received the RFE for the IMBR Act. The question is can my wife, once she gets her K-3 visa approved, travel freely between Medellin and the US. i.e. if she were to get approved by say August 2006 could she come to the US then go back to Colombia in November 2006 for our catholic wedding, then come back home in December 2006.
