Do not do this online. Plenty of buses to Medallo at the terminal de buses.

raalrock7 comments on Diciembre in Medellin... the best in Colombia?

I just wanted to know if the same type of xmas is going on in the rest of the world.

raalrock7 comments on Diciembre in Medellin... the best in Colombia?

It's a tourist attraction. It's like expecting to see partying at Grant's tomb, probably not gonna happen. Andean looking people in Medellin? that's a good one. lol

raalrock7 comments on Diciembre in Medellin... the best in Colombia?

entre primo y prima mas se arrima.

raalrock7 comments on Diciembre in Medellin... the best in Colombia?

Exactly. As paisa29 mentioned Christmas started in Medellin already... Also, I believe cachaco's is a term for rolos, not paisa's.

raalrock7 comments on Diciembre in Medellin... the best in Colombia?

Hmmm...so far Medellin still in 1st place. Thanks for the info though elmo.

raalrock7 comments on Diciembre in Medellin... the best in Colombia?

Oh yeah, how could i forget... AGUARDIENTE as far as the eye can see!!!

raalrock7 comments on If you had a choice what location would you live in in Medellin

Envigado by far the nicest location in Antioquia. Sabaneta is not far behind. The community is very actively involved in keeping the town clean and safe. Belen is nice as well.

raalrock7 comments on the happy day will soon arrive!

Famsearch, when did you... get your NOA2? Actually i guess i should ask what route you took? and just a general timeline. I went the K-3 route and received my NOA2 for my 129-f. I am just curious as to about how long i have to wait between my NOA2 and the actual interview?

raalrock7 comments on K1 visa interview in bogota was approved

D*mn Freddy... You're killing me here, here i am thinking i should be getting NOA2 any day now. Either way, crazy4cali can you give me a brief timeline?

raalrock7 comments on K1 visa interview in bogota was approved

Crazy4cali when did? When did you start your visa process? And are you married, k3/k1 visa? Im married and got my 129 NOA 1 back on 5/1 just curious as to what month im looking at for my wife to be here with me??

raalrock7 comments on 129F - NOA 1 Questions

This does help but, visajourney time lines are still a little confusing. dont know what "touched" means. When do i call the NVC? After i get my NOA2? Do i send or fax the packet 3 after my NOA2, or when the NVC receives it? Also i think the answer is yes to this but i can still get an RFE correct?

raalrock7 comments on TRAVEL QUESTION

Thanks UTC... Once again you come through with the quick response, which i want to hear. Thats the best part.

raalrock7 comments on G325A - VERY IMPORTANT GOING TO Medallo Tomorrow

Thanks For the Help That sounds like it will work. How about the Husband or Wife section, what do they mean there?

raalrock7 comments on I-130 request for evidence

G325A - Addresses???? Is it necessary to put every single address for the last 5 years my fiance has several, honestly she may not even know the addresses. Can i put her most current address and her other address where she lived the longest time? What do they need 5 years of addresses for anyway?

raalrock7 comments on I-134 - Affidavit of Support - How long?

Wait a second!? So when my wife gets here, she wont be able to work until adjustment of status? So i cant send out her resume and scheduling interviews for her?

raalrock7 comments on Good Itinerary

Medellin 2 nights??? Are you insane... Of the other cities Medellin is by far the most beautiful, fun and perhaps safe... Medellin 10 nights and split the rest. Although the other posters are right... El Eje Cafetero is great, a "can't miss" But 'como Medellin no hay HP'

raalrock7 comments on Getting married in Medellin

REQUESTING WEIRD INFO UTC, i just spoke to my novia and she spoke to a notario in Envigado. In order for me to get married i need my birth certificate translated to spanish with a date no more than three months from the present, a certified copy of my passport and a certified copy of my "solteria" from the US embassy?! What does a "certified" copy mean and how would i get this from the US embassy? Does any of this sound familiar? Please let me know... Thanks.

raalrock7 comments on Visa info needed

raalrock7 comments on I need COLOMBIAN CURRENCY in NYC

Easily Accessible... Are the atm's easily accessible and easy to find?? Are they open 24/7? Just playing it safe. I want to eat in Bogota, i havent seen my gf in over three months and dont want to waste time on silly things like eating.

raalrock7 comments on Bringing a Diamond Engagment Ring to Colombia

Yes I plan on insuring Ok, it seems from these responses that its not really a big deal to travel w/ the diamond. I will be sure to try and insure it accordingly. Thanks.

raalrock7 comments on American Citizen marrying a Colombian Citizen

Thanks For the Help This is great information, I really appreciate it. But still a few more. The general consensus is that the USCIS does not regognize church weddings. Does this mean i will have to marry in Civil in addition to the church?

raalrock7 comments on American Citizen marrying a Colombian Citizen

Church Wedding Wow, 7 to 9 months thats a lot longer than I expected. I was under the impression that it was a 3 month process. I want to marry in the US. Would it make sense to marry through civil first then the church?
