En El Tiempo this article demonstrates that colombia has such a long way to go when it comes to equal opportunity for her african/indeginous descendents.
The article itself is insulting and shows that colombian society have alot to overcome. This lady appears to be well educated and speaks several languages. Pres. Uribe chose her as minster of culture during the time when h ...
Im trying to post some pics of my vacation in Cali. Can someone guide me. Im at work and don't have time to figure it out..thanks..
Well, people what can I say? Cali is a beautiful city and has its up & downs just like any major city. Regardless of all of hardships some may face people still have a wonderful smile and walk with their head up. Caleños really put family at the forefront. Either walking or sitting down in the patio spending quality time with each other.
Cali, as matter of fact, Colombia has so much to offer. Unfortunately, she has a bad reputation which many people tend to believe without ...

I would like to thank Desideria again for all of the information and great advice. I leave for Cali tomorrow. I am so so nervous and anxious and really looking forward to going there. Ok, I have a cingular phone that's locked which I didn't have a chance to unlock it. Can anyone tell me of a place where I can get this done and approximately how much would it cost. What about the SIM card? Is it better to just get a pre-pagado including phone and SIM?
Appreciate your help.. ...
Hello,

Buenas tardes ¿como estan?
Listen, I have a friend who is "colombian" that recently brought his fiancee to live with him here in the U.S.A. They've known each other for only 2 years and out of the two years he spent 2 months with her in Colombia.
Now this young Colombian lady is only 30 years old with two children in their early teens which to me isn't too good on her CV since the kids have different dads..
Well, he finally brought her and the fam ...

Hey guys..I thought Colombia invaded Elizabeth, NJ...There are so many flags hanging in the downtown area. Well, as I went further down to the Ritz theatre...Long and behold the president of colombia will be there tomorrow Sept 18.....This will be the easiest way to bag nice colombianas with an education...well, at least those who are conscious of the political movement in their country...
If any are in the tri-state area come down and enjoy...You can get numbers and also get a c ...
B4 I post I wanted to let everyone know that I am not here to divide any ethnic group in colombia but wanted to point out the ones at a(majority) disadvantage are indians and blacks.

I'm sure a well read colombian would not have a clue about this Colombian writer...Anyway I wanted to bring him to the fore front and hopefully the colombian community would appreciate an "inconnu" writer...Again, its goes to show u that an education can bring you a long way regardless of skin color. Too bad alot of his people are not given an opportunity to excel and maybe become the next Gabo...

The Paramilitaries Burned Wayuu Children Alive and Killed Others With Chainsaws
