I would like to thank Desideria again for all of the information and great advice. I leave for Cali tomorrow. I am so so nervous and anxious and really looking forward to going there. Ok, I have a cingular phone that's locked which I didn't have a chance to unlock it. Can anyone tell me of a place where I can get this done and approximately how much would it cost. What about the SIM card? Is it better to just get a pre-pagado including phone and SIM?

In need of info about Cali

I posted thsi about 2 weeks ago unfortunately the system wasn't working properly. Well, I am leaving for Cali in a week and would like to know where can I find a good bookstore? What Malls would you recommend to people watch? Also I'm interested in visiting a University to walk around which one would you consider? If a u.s.a citizen decides to stay over the 90 stamped days can I ask for an extension when leaving or do I have to resolve this b4 the expiration date?

There is this new colombian restaurant that looks like a McDonalds meaning the exterior..Ok a fastfood colombian restaurant..I must admit the place looks nice and impressive except everything is in spanish but hey I speak spanish so this doesnt interest me but i'm sure it would be nice to at least have the menu in English as well..pues, es otra cosa..

Can someone clarify this for me. I have a friend that was adopted by her aunt...She is now an american citizen and she wanted to know if its possible to sponsor her biological parents & siblings....

She went to a lawyer and he informed her that she wasn't eligible to sponsor them...Can someone please let me know if this is true or not?
