I just always rent an apartment in aparthotel Avenida Segunda. The best price/quality in the North of Cali. 650.000 furnished, clean, safe and 2 min from la sexta. Tel 667 04 26 (Jair) Av. 2N-8 nr 47.
Apartment 304 is the best, apt 206 is duplex and sharable ( 2 bed -separate bath, warm water) price 750, I paid 680.

At 20 meters from la 6a I know a studio for 200.000 unfurnished.
