Plato comments on Muhammed Ali and Bruce Lee Assuming Ali stung Lee, yeah, I agree with you. But Lee was a shifty MoFo.

Plato comments on Muhammed Ali and Bruce Lee Kalder, Bruce would win. He'd probably take Ali down from the knees. You know he was the forerunner of MMA. Plato

Plato comments on Steriod Rage Kalder, On a lighter note, please continue discussing your experiences with lumpy head bastards. It makes sense: steroids stimulate growth in the facial muscles too. The facial muscles are always strained when lifting heavy weights. Plato

Plato comments on Steriod Rage I need PBH women on this board to explain this bullshit to me. Why do some women stay in fucked-up relationships! Right now I feel like any other man wanting to take justice into his own hands. HG? Can you help me out??? What's the angle here? Plato

Plato comments on Steriod Rage To PBH women: Why do some women stay in abusive relationships? Do they think they can "change" a person? Janette knew this fucking guy was a psycho!!!!!!!! I mean, he wouldn't let her order her own food at a restaurant? You gotta be kidding me! Janette was very good friends with my wife. She use to come to my house to visit plenty of times. Our children played together. Then, about two years ago, she moved out of my neighborhood. She did always have relationship problems with the her ex-husband, an NYC police officer. She had a couple boyfriends and the articles tell you the rest. Plato

Plato comments on economy swirling down? Scotty, that's a tall order, but here's what I see in my crystal ball. Our economy has a way of bouncing back but the housing crisis has us screwed - that will take at least one year to clear up. Interest rates have gotten so low but it's not spurring much on consumption. That's why we having this stagflation - prices rising but GDP decreasing. We spend billions a day in the Middle East. Although we just can't pull out of there right a way, it's taken it's toll on our US purse. Baby boomers are retiring at an increasing rate. Social security , blah, blah. blah . . . What will the next president do? Will world opinion change on America? Wassup with the value of our dollar? People are talking about investing in Euros (WTF?). It's too late to invest in Euros now - they're too expensive. Our position on Israel as protectors. Will the next adminstration change our tax system? My gut feeling? We will be in a recession for at least one fiscal year. Plato Check out Bernanke's latest report to Congress: http://www.federalreserve.gov/newsevents/testimony/bernanke20080227a.htm

Plato comments on direct hit Federal government pay - both civilian and miltiary - typically start low, which is why the Feds are having a seriously hard time recruiting people. I tell ya, they're in deep shit. After babyboomer retirements accelerate - they'll having some serious problems staffing government jobs. Don't know about the military though, but military pay and federal civilian pay are about the same. Plato

Catgirl, Does Eva look raunchy to you in the Maxim Mag? Hmm? So Maxim Mag IS raunchy? Raunchy talk in public on the internet doesn't appeal to me, and it doesn't mean I was offended. (Raunchy talk in private, however, well . . . that's a different story, wouldn't you agree?) You didn't post the rest of my quote, "It's all good, but then it became too surreal for me. I began wondering what people did with their time during the day???? " Also, how can you be sorry if you plan on doing something anyway? ( . . . Bold . . . ) Purring? You think I find that offensive? Jajajajaja! By the way, you don't need to be sorry for anything in this forum. If you're the blondie in that picture, you're good looking. Cheers, Plato

Plato comments on economy swirling down? Just got the news hot off the press: GDP rose only .6% in the fourth quarter 2007; it rose over 4% in the 3rd quarter 2007. The US economy really took a hit in the fourth quater, even if all the Brits bought half of Manhattan during the holidays. Plato

Plato comments on Mi Tierra Me Duele!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ladies, I appreciate you humoring us men. You're way better sports than we would be. I wouldn't post a picture of a dude showing his ass - believe me. Now, yes, I'm a little nuts about Eva. I use to be nuts about Catherine Zeta Jones, but then she married that old fart Michael Douglas (he knew what he was doing). Eva? Well, it's a Latin thing. Specifically, let's call it lust. Latin blood is really, really hot and she has that effect on me. Another thing, I'm fortunate that my wife allows me to dream about these women, especially Eva. She just tells me to follow two rules: (1) When looking at other women, don't gawk or drool in front of her because that would be disrespectful to her and (2) If I need it that bad, to bring it home to her. She'll take care of things. Now, my wife is the best out of all these women I lust after: beautiful, sexy, warm, loving - a great wife and mother to my children. (Don't get me started about Italian women - Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Plus, she let's me be me - I don't have to put up any pretense about me admiring or lusting after any other women. I just have to follow the rules. (Damn. . . ) Plato

Plato comments on economy swirling down? Fed Chief hints at another rate cut to bolster teetering economy THE ASSOCIATED PRESS Wednesday, February 27th 2008, 10:55 AM WASHINGTON - Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke warned Congress that the nation is in for a period of sluggish business growth and sent a fresh signal Wednesday that interest rates will again be lowered to steady the teetering economy. "The economic situation has become distinctly less favorable" since the summer, the Fed chief told the House Financial Services Committee. Since Bernanke's last such comprehensive assessment last summer, the housing slump has worsened, credit problems have intensified and the job market has deteriorated. Bernanke said that the confluence of these factors has turned people and businesses alike toward a more cautious attitude toward spending and investment. This, he said, has further weakened the economy. Incoming barometers continue to "suggest sluggish economic activity in the near term," Bernanke told lawmakers. At the same time, he added, the Fed must keep a close eye on inflation given the recent run-up in energy and other prices paid by consumers and businesses. For now though, the No. 1 battle is shoring up the economy. Bernanke pledged anew to slice a key interest rate to help the wobbly economy, which many fear is on the verge of a recession — or possibly has already toppled into one. The Fed "will act in a timely manner as needed to support growth and to provide adequate insurance against downside risks," Bernanke said, hewing closely to assurances he offered earlier this month. The central bank, which started lowering a key interest rate in September, has recently turned much more aggressive. Over the span of just eight days in January, it slashed rates by 1.25 percentage points — the biggest one-month reduction in a quarter century. Economists and Wall Street investors predict the Fed will cut rates again at its next meeting on March 18. There are dangers that the economy will weaken even further. "The risks include the possibilities that the housing market or labor market may deteriorate more than is currently anticipated and that credit conditions may tighten substantially further," Bernanke cautioned. As Bernanke began his first day of back-to-back appearances on Capitol Hill to discuss the economy, there was more bad news on the housing and manufacturing fronts. Sales of new homes fell in January for a third straight month, pushing activity down to the slowest pace in nearly 13 years, the Commerce Department reported. The median price of a new home dropped to the lowest level in more than three years. And, orders to U.S. factories for big-ticket manufactured goods dropped in January by the largest amount in five months. . . . http://www.nydailynews.com/news/us_world/2008/02/27/2008-02-27_fed_chief_hints_at_another_rate_cut_to_b.html

Plato comments on PBH Romance Well, my buddy found his wife through the internet. A Brazilian living in Portugal. Most of us thought he was nuts plus it was his second time meeting woman through the internet. The first time, he met a woman in the midwest and she had all kinds of problems. My buddy and her met up in a hotel room and her husband was looking for her. Damn. The dude had a gun. Finally, he met up with the Brazilian. What a doll! And hot looking too! And so, so sweet, very respectful and warm. They got married and are having their second child. This was about four years ago. Plato
