It is my opinion that the worst drivers I have ever seen are here. A good reason too. Police do not enforce laws, motors are crazy. People are non caring. There is no government testing for drivers licenses. Just go to the classes and get license. I had to completely teach my driver to drive after he completed school and got license. I do think I am "the cream of the crop", I try to assimilate. But the truth is, you look like you might have some money, you are a target. I remember driving in Viet Nam in 1968 (yes, i am that old). The motors stayed in lanes like cars, obeyed traffic lights, laws etc. But here??? The truth is, I after 4 years am considering moving back to U.S. and I love Colombia. But it makes you think. Joe.
