Student Visa in Cartagena

I've tried to find the answer to this question in the visa Forum without success.

Currently, in Cartagena and would like to get a student visa.

Does anyone know a school in Cartagena that offers spanish classes to foreigners and what would be the requirements to obtain a student visa?

Another question.. can you obtain the student visa while already here on a tourist visa?

Connecting through Bogota airport

Have a few questions about the customs proceedures at the Bogota airport. I am headed to Cartagena on Avianca with a stop Bogota to switch planes. There is about an hour and a half between the two flights.

Will I have to go through customs at Bogota and then board my flight to Cartagena? And if so, will 90 minutes be enough time to make my next flight? Or, will I just transfer planes in Bogota and go through customs when I arrive in Cartagena?

My nephew is very interested in computer animation and is also interested in Colombia. We'd like to know if anyone is aware of universities or art schools in Colombia with good computer animation programs?

the good and not so good of being in business in Colombia

Have been a reader of the site for many months and enjoy the comments and perspectives of the contributors a great deal. My interest in Colombia is both personal as well as business related.

Business-wise, I am in a telemarketing based industry that allows me to work from anywhere with reliable broadband connections for email and VOIP. My business partner here in the States, would like us to consider opening a offshore call center business in Colombia.
