Hi All,

I would like to know of Hotels in or close to the U.S. Embassy in Bogotá, Colombia. I need to know; hotel name, telephone number, address, cost, how close is it to the Embassy, if you used it or any other information you can divulge. My fiancée has her interview on soon and she is from Armenia and has never been to Bogotá.

... thank you for your input on my vacation to Colombia. I will not be login because I am on vacation and all I want to do is have fun, dance, drink, eat, rest and hang out. No work, computers, PDA’s, numbers (I am a CPA), spreadsheets or deadlines. I will be meeting up with about eight members in Cali and some more in Armenia and enjoying Colombia.

I arrive in Cali this Friday, August 12, 2005 and I will make the rounds of the bars and dance clubs. I am planning on starting in “Avenida Sexta� and continuing until at least six in the morning. I will try out Mistica, Bizantinos, Liquid, Praga, and Subterraneo. I will stay at the one that has the most people, best music and the most fun.

What clubs and bars are busy in Cali on August 12?

What I plan to do unless you guys tell me otherwise is:

I arrive in Cali at 7:30pm by the time the driver get me to the Intercontinental Hotel and I get ready it will be about 10:00pm. I will go to “Avenida Sexta� for some drinks and socializing. Then should I head to “Plaza Norte� for dancing and drinking? Then after that I plan on going to “Juanchitos� for more dancing. What clubs are hot right now there? Are they still open until 6:00am?

Chalet La Silva in La Tebaida Armenia?

I am about to rent a chalet in La Tebaida just south of Armenia. It is very nice and big three stories chalet in a Hugh property. It has 6 bedroom, 8 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, holds up to 24 people. It has a pool, Jacuzzi, Turco (I do not know what this is), mini futbol field, volleyball, tennis courts, satellite TV, stereo equipment, table tennis, billiard and other table games. I just got back from the Colombian Independence Day Festival in Miami. It was my first time but it will not be my last. It was great it had; great music, great food, great people and beautiful women. In Cali From May 25 to May 31, 2005

I will be going to Cali from May 25 to May 31, 2005, because it is Memorial Day on May 30, 2005 in the United States so I am take that weekend plus a couple of days. I get into Cali on February 16, 2005 at 8:30 pm and plan un doing a lot of dancing partying and eat good Colombian food. Does anybody know any trance /electronic dance clubs.
