Persephone comments on Viajando a Colombia after a while I'm sure you are still a colombian citizen. Unless you literally went to the embassy/consulate and filled out paperwork renouncing your citizenship, you are still a citizen. Colombians and Americans are allowed to have dual-citizenship. When you arrive in colombia you are supposed to show your colombian passport to customs there, and upon your exit, you are supposed to show your colombian passport again. No you don't need a visa.

Persephone comments on Countries that dont need a visa I think that list needs to be updated. As of late last year citizens of south american countries dont need visas to visit other south american countries (including venuzuela) as per UNASUR (Unión de Naciones Suramericanas). "Free movement of people * Visits by South American citizens to any South American country (except French Guyana) of up to 90 days require only the presentation of an ID card. On 24 November 2006, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela waived visa requirements for tourism travel between nationals of said countries. " Also, im pretty sure that Aruba and Anguilla also dont require a visa.

Persephone comments on Getting mail sent TO Colombia ive actually never had a problem mailing anyting to colombia. everything i send always gets there. the only time i thought i liost something was when i sent my mom her bank card by global priority mail through the US Post Office. it was supposed to take like a week tops to get there and 3 weeks later it finally showed up. ups and fed ex will get it there but you're gonna be paying a lot in shipping fees. something esle to try might be those casas de envio. i dont know where you live but here in Queens we have a few of them. My aunt works for a cargo shipping company to colombia here in ny and the last time i sent a package through her company it got there in like a week.

You think its loserish to take public transportation but not ride ur bike every where? Honestly, who rides a bike anymore? I guess that means there ar probably 3 million of us that you think are losers!!! LOL Please everyone in NY takes the train and/or bus. I knwo I do. I dont even have a car and i live in NJ. Persephone comments on Colombia Blog is getting boring About PBH I signed up here probably about a year ago but I just really DO NOT like the board layout. I think it's terrible. Ive been posting on message boards for years and this is the worst set up i have ever seen. YOu can't even quote someone's post properly. I think I only posted like 5 times and I just couldnt deal so I left and eventually I found CB on google (i think) and I couldnt be happier.
