I have read the requirements of submitting the form W-7 to obtain a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) for my wife. I was married to a Colombian citizen in November 2007. She does NOT have a Colombian passport. Is there an accredited notary in the US Embassy in Bogota to document the marriage to a Colombian citizen for tax purposes?
