Does anybody have a suggestion on where to stay in northern Bogota? Most hotels seem to be very expensive and the cheap hotels (90,000COP or less) are not of good quality. Spanish Language Software

I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a good software program out there that could help me learn spanish well. In particular I would like to learn the spanish that Colombians speak because I heard that their dialect was the most proper. I speak spanish now but it is merely conversational and I really am ready to learn the language. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
