Does anyone else feel the tremors in Medellin?

Last week at about 3am on Sunday or Monday morning there was a tremor, it wasn´t strong but things started shaking, i live on the 9th floor so might have been exaggerated. There have been 3 today already, very small though, i just feel a little dizzy until i realise that the place is moving slightly. It happened in UNI this morning(at about 11am) and everyone said they felt dizzy but realised that we were moving. Is this normal here, i´ve been here 6 months or so and felt it twice before. ...

Student visa question

OK, i´ve done a seach on this but can´t find any clear answers on my situation and i´m guessing that if i went to DAS(from past experence) that i wouldn´t be given a clear answer there either. I have a 1 year student visa that will end in August, if i go home in August can i come back in October? I mean, does it count in the 6 months tourist quota? A horrible truth and a very important reminder.

My friend arrived in UNI today with an interesting story that i think you should know. I´m sure most of you are aware of this trick in some form but will do no harm in reminding people.
