Don´t say the word "ass" as much

paulr comments on Ross Kemp On Gangs-Colombia

Spot on Mani. You can go to any country and highlight violent crime and bad goings on but when talking about the para´s here, this is a very dark area and to get the real truth or for anyone to even go looking for the truth behind this, well, good luck with keeping alive(you will need it) and that isn´t an exaggeration.

paulr comments on Ross Kemp On Gangs-Colombia

Maybe it does lack some degree of credibility, but on the other hand, you can´t brush it off as total rubish. There is a lot more going on here than most here don´t know about. I found this truth out recently. Don´t see a country how you want to see it, see it how it acually is.

paulr comments on Ross Kemp On Gangs-Colombia

The aston Villa shirt had the name "Angel" which comes from the Colombian player, Juan pablo Angel who used to play for Aston Villa. Ross has come from soap acting into Documentry making, he obviously seen the gap in the market for this sort of Journalism and gone around the world doing his best to get the story(with a bit of dramatisation of course), it´s a very popular documentry as lots of people have a morbid obsession in gangs and violence. i don´t think he´s done a bad job of it, few people would do what he´s done in getting the stories.

paulr comments on Current Living Expenses Medellin

True tomtom, you just reminded me, i also have a girl friend, more expensive than hookers as you well know my friend, now doble my expenses!

paulr comments on Current Living Expenses Medellin

Yes Panthdave, i´m feeling the pinch, feels more like a bite at the moment! I wonder where the fraze came from(feeling the pinch). Anyway, it´s not just the dollor, the pound has lost a lot of ground since i arrived in August, from 4.600 to 3,481 today. I´m having to have a serious look at where i can cut costs. THese are my living costs on a monthly basis: Rent 800.000 Bills(including internet and cable) 265.000 SPanish classes: 500.000 Gym: 100.000 Food: 500.000 (More or less) Going out for a beer: 500.000 (again, more or less) Which comes to: 2.665.000 per month. Which was about 570 pound when i arrived, it is now 740, which is about the same loss you are experiencing PanthDave. I´m having to have a serious rethink on what to do now, i want to stay but the stong peso is pushing me out. I think the answer is either to find a cheeper place(which is more difficult than you might think) or move somewhere until this Peso madness ends.

paulr comments on MALICIOUS WEBSITE HACKING - FBI INVESTIGATION

The worst thing is, when a hacker starts causing lots of problems for high level secure sites, he get´s a name for himself, he might get a slapped wrist or maybe go to jail for a spell, but afterwards there will be lots of companies or even the goverment that will offer these guys obscene amounts of money to work with them.

paulr comments on the first thing kat did was delete my account ( american )

I also think he(American) was bullied at times, i never seen any posts from him starting arguments, the arguments always came from the people who didn´t like him, he is totally harmless from my point of view. People used to bully him no matter what thread was started by him, my view is, if you´re not interested in the thread, don´t read it... live and let live

paulr comments on Flowers and Free Trade (NY Times video story)

ha ha, you´ll have to spank me for that one ha ha, sorry, i´ll stop now

paulr comments on Flowers and Free Trade (NY Times video story)

Can i play with your hose Sr Bombero?

paulr comments on Flowers and Free Trade (NY Times video story)

NO worries Romy, was just curious to know your reason for getting angry. This PC world we live in can be a little over the top sometimes, thank god we are all different otherwise what would we fight about, i suppose we would fight about something, it´s our nature?

paulr comments on Flowers and Free Trade (NY Times video story)

My girlfriend has many gay friends, all nice friendly guys and fun to hang out with, only 1 out them doesn´t have an effiminate way of speaking but you would know he was gay by his hand movements, facial expressions and low and behold.... the way he dresses, everyone knows this! This is why i can´t understand why you would get upset over someone saying someone "sounds really gay", it´s a fact. Now, if someone said..He sounds like a f0OKin fag, now, that would be offensive.

paulr comments on Flowers and Free Trade (NY Times video story)

ha ha, this is funny. I´m sure Simon isn´t a homophobe and you must be blind to the fact that Gay people have certain mannerisms and one of those mannerisms happens to be that they speak a little differently, no matter what language they speak and THAT is a fact.

paulr comments on Flowers and Free Trade (NY Times video story)

Think you´re over reacting Romy, noting nasty was meant by it and i´m sure it was PC, unless you are in the PC police and know a lot more about this than i do. Are there any gay PHPers out there that are offended in any way?

paulr comments on Flowers and Free Trade (NY Times video story)

I thought he sounded like a gay robot, no offence to robots

paulr comments on Varios Foticos en Medellín - April / May 2008

paulr comments on Ask not what Colombia can do for you - ask what you can do for Colombia

What a beautiful love story if not a little scary, will Peter pay for your medical help?

paulr comments on Eafit VS Pontificia Bolivariana

I´m in a class of 3 at the moment but you can have 1 on 1 classes, there aren´t many foreigners there at the mo. The prices will vary depending on what you want, how long you will stay and how many in the class. The teachers are great, i´ve had 3 different teachers so far and all 3 were top class.

paulr comments on Eafit VS Pontificia Bolivariana

Pontificia Bolivariana is a great UNI with great teachers and reasonable prices, i´ve been studying there for the last 5 months or so and love it. From what i hear, Eafit is a good UNI but very expensive compared to the others.

paulr comments on Supplements

I´ve been looking for the same thing, the only place i´ve found so far is a health store inside Exito in Laureles, they have protein shakes and creatine but not a great choice. it´s not that cheep, i paid 47.000 for a 1.500gr tub of average protein shake.

paulr comments on Raaay that must be your little girl on the phone

Heard this a while ago, what a little personality "Is this a demolition company or a joke factory" LMAO

paulr comments on One Meal a Day Takes the Weight Away

I fasted for 7 days once at a health spa in Thailand, if that wasn´t bad enough we had colonic irrigation twice a day with 15 litre buckets of luke warm coffee solution! All we lived on was vitamin pills and special drinks the whole time, not even a peanut in the way of food. To be honest, it was one of the best things i´ve ever done, i came out of it a new man.

paulr comments on One Meal a Day Takes the Weight Away

"Clinically proven to give you a better body without spending countless hours dieting or working out." I wonder what they mean by clinically proven? probably like everything else that is clinically proven..nothing The best diet in the world is to eat less and move more, simple as that.

paulr comments on armchair cnn, bbc, victims,

paulr comments on And it's said that Colombia is dangerous for Gringo's?

I´ve heard it is illigal to shoot anyone who has broken into your home in Colombia? I would have great pleasure in shooting the knee caps off anyone who breaks into my house while i´m in it, but wouldn´t be so enthusiastic if i knew i would spend the rest of my live in a Colombian prison! Does anyone know the law on this? Also, does anyone know the law on having firearms in Colombia?

paulr comments on Since obviously no moderators are here ....

Some people take this site far to seriously, something worthless and pointless to you might not be to someone else. The moderators can´t be baby sitting 24/7, some poeple on here think they have the right to say what should and what shouldn´t be written. Don´t argue with me today, ha ha, giving up smoking!! Mainly due to what Scotty is going through.

THe queen might have a problem with that if she catches you, she owns all the swans in the UK, you might have to switch to a poodle for your own safty, poodle owners are not too scary so i think you´ll be fine.

paulr comments on

English is English, you don´t call Spanish, Latin do you?

paulr comments on

I think i few people need the toilet paper for their mouths, "The English would definitely be speaking German it were not for the US." and it works the other way around too

paulr comments on

"The toilet paper market is worth about US$2.4 billion a year in America alone and the rest of the world $1.1 million" that i can believe

paulr comments on

It´s funny how treads change but i think the heading for this thread "i need to clear some thing up" has gone a full circle

paulr comments on

"Moist toilet paper was first introduced by the Kimberly-Clark in the United Kingdom by Andrex in the 1990s" Moist toilet paper? What does the future hold for us in the ass department? how exciting
