panthdave -- I appreciated your comments about the Capital One money market card atm card. I've also seen your comments on particular atm's but am still a little muddled about it all. You seem to have ruled out some banks in Colombia because of poor exchange rates. I see that CitiBank is the one you tout , but are they located all over? I've used CitiBank in Malaysia, but never really saw them any other place in SE Asis. Also it looks like they have the highest withdrawal amount.So I don't know how available they are. You also recommend Colpatria.

Can you please tell me which atms you would recommend using with the Capital One atm card--or for that matter the best atms for any debit card? I'm going to be all over Colombia so knowing of a good bank atm that would be widely available would be a big plus. Thanks for your help.
