You are right, my only reason, which is not an excuse, is that he always seems to avoid the "sensitive" topics about Colombia while praising Uribe as a godlike figure. It is true that there are many problems in Colombia, but I choose to live in Colombia for many reasons, but I will not deny all the problems which I am exposed to each day in Colombia.

My replies to him have been as a resort of his comments towards me, I do not want, nor appreciate anyone trying to label me, and even asked him to stop, but he continues.

Again, I made a flippant remark, in a state of SHOCK, after discovering that his website promoted whorehouses, only because he paints himself off as a saint. In consideration, regarding his remarks against this young man, who as far as I am concerned is just trying to live his live, it pales in comparison. They paint this guy to be a monster, shameful and extremely despicable.

As would I, but they are not attacking me, they are attacking some other guy they think, for whatever reasons, is me. I do not feel like a victim, the victim is this young man, his novia, and the rest of the people who actually believe, and approve of this warrant less which hunt against people who are not here to defend themselves.

I do not know if you know the guy in question, but some of these people, along with their comments are despicable and appalling, to say the least.

Later, the ball was finally handed to Mery with a new website where she maintains a very strict agreement with each owner that no prostitution or illegal activity of any kind will occur in the apartments. She has also recently incorporated the following three policies to ensure there is no promotion of illegal activities: 1. A written contract which must be signed by each renter stating they will not use the apartment for illegal purposes and they will be evicted if it is shown that they are violating the policies. 2. A copy of legal identification must be presented and will be copied. 3. The renter’s information will be turned over to DAS if they are found to be breaking any laws. I have nothing to hide, and many things have been said in this post (both negative and hurtful) that are just not true about either one of us. We are both people of integrity and a desire to live a peaceful and relaxed life with no problems. I assure you that Colegio Marymount, the school lawyer, DAS and the local Fiscalia are all aware of the posts on this forum, accusations a few people have anonymously provided to them, and about anything I am involved in. I am now and have previously been in personal communication with all four. They have re-reviewed my past including work, personal life and visa history. They have re-evaluated what I am doing in Colombia and what I do in both my personal life and here with the students. They have asked me questions, and questioned others about me. They know all about me I assure you that! I hope that this will put to rest any false accusation, lie or assumption about Mery or myself that currently exist by a few with personal motives or vendettas. I encourage those few to personally bring verifiable evidence to the above resources if they have it rather than posting unsubstantiated accusations online or sending them via anonymous methods. It seems this guy was very up front about his reasons for leaving this board, which I can completely understand, and to me, it seems he has clearly moved on with his life.

My apologizes for not having the link to his web blog, but from the few entries I read, it seems like this guy is just trying to live a happy life in Colombia with his novia. Along with his ‘dear John’ letter to the board, Sapo commented that he had previously apologized to “whoever” for whatever reasons he felt the need to apologize.

So, I do not think, based on his history, that he would develop an alter ego to ask the simple question of why MES promotes whorehouses on his website when he is against sex tourist altogether.

It’s a gas. The flock of sheep are getting played, I am not playing games, nor care to continue with these silly charades about who is who, but would like to point out that Sapo and MES, who adamantly believe I am who I am not, at the same time not being 100% sure of themselves, insulted the flock of sheep [the other day] yesterday after Sapo posted that he had met up with me for lunch, they sure got a laugh out of that, at the expense of the loyal flock.

And, in some strange twist of lunacy, MES posted this comment in one of his many threads dedicated to me, “3) he [Me] has lied to all the members on the board by saying he met with robbi” which only leaves me dumbfounded regarding his thought process; twist, distort, disregard the truth, blatantly accuse others with false accusations, deny, and blame the other guy.

So you see Mongo, some people are in on the game, others are being blindly lead to believe the lies, and others are the butt of the joke, unbeknownst to them, and yet others are too naive to read between the lines, denying their ability at seeing the truth.

I stand accused of making a flippant remark, which I take full responsibility for, but the rest is all drama and cheap entertainment orchestrated by someone who wants to impose their rule on some of us, but I won't let it happen.

I am done with all this b.s, sorry for the chap, but I can live with a clear conscience that I was very adamant about being forthcoming that I was not this guy Brad, my only reason being that I did not want someone taking a hit for my comment, all becuase someone forgot to take their medication.

Also would like to suggest, that people take the time to question MES actions, motives, and personal character, my only motive was to point out the hypocrisy as well as his askewed view on how people should live their lives, while living the life he wants to live. I have no personal vendetta against MES, he can continue to think what he wants, even if he chooses to live in a state of hypocrisy. It’s his life to live. There are members who are supported of my position, agree that the witch hunt has gotten out of control, but know better than to say so publicly, for obvious reasons. I am through with all this chit, carry on, if some of you must. And, lastly would like to say that this young man and his novia are owed an apology by the whole flock of sheep.
