Coming to Colombia

I'm flying into Colombia for a month starting on the 16th. I'm hitting up a hostel for a day or two, then I don't really have any plans. I know I want to hit up Carnival, but what are the dates? Any ideas of where I should go, or what I should do throughout my stay. I'm 23, athletic, and always up for something crazy and fun.
