nika here Hi there, this is Nika from that site.

Glad you like it, its fun for me to make the food and shoot :-).

I live in the US but was born in Pereira (lived there till I was 3 1/2 years old). other than that, my life is pretty darn uneventful!

Thanks! Thanks to everyone for their kind words! I hope that I didnt mislead you to think I was selling the empanadas themselves! They barely make it to the table let alone being shipped out of state :-)
