Hola amigo. Can you tell me how to get to the park without a car? What is the best way for a gringo tourist to get out to the park from Cali without spending a fortune to hire a taxi ? The national parks website is not very clear or helpful. Do foreigners need a pre-paid permit to enter the park, or can you just show up and walk in? Muchas gracias!
