PESO at 1850 ???

Any explanation for why the peso is suddenly dropping. It is dropping against other major currencies as well, such as the Euro.

Has Anybody Heard From Art Brode

Hey this is a serious topic about Cali, Colombia. I heard my man Brode rolled into estrato 1, up there on the hill in by the three crosses in Cali. Anyway, I heard my man Brode rolled in there with just a pair of boxers on and some sandals. Doode came out 2 hours later with 10 G's, a new suit, a 1976 Cadillac, and dime sack of yea yo.

Say what you want, but our boy brode keeps it pretty street out there in Estrato 3. ...

Any New Year Advice For Colombia/Cartagena

First, thanks anyone for any help. I am a 27 year old male from Southern California. I have always wanted to go to Colombia, I speak decent spanish with an awful accent. I have a ticket into Colombia the 26th of December, and out the 12th of January. I think I will be in Cartagena for the New Year? Is that a bad idea, is there better places to be/party? Does anyone know of some good hotels in Cartagena?
