Here is nerve for you. Yesterday here in Barrio Chapinero, Cali,Banco AV Villas in a small shopping mall called Gallerias an armed robbery took place,nothing usual about that. Credit Card Fraud ....follow up to previous thread

I first arrived in Colombia in 1999 and I have now lived here for the past four years. I thought I had learned most of the downfalls, the learning curve was steep at first,but for 2 years I had lived,crime free.Unfortunately there is always something lurking around the corner to learn anew.
