Bullshit there are FARC supporters here no matter how fancy you write or how you try to hide i know one when i see one. But anyways... i wont stay on that! Desi I think your very smart and make valid points. However Im not saying Uribe is God. I know he is imperfect.....my only point since I have been in PBH is that this man has changed colombia for the better in regards to security and all this shit these imbecils. Are there areas he needs to work on yes. But for anybody who followed him during his first presidential campaign look up his words and what he promised to be his main focus in his presidency. Just like I give credit to Bush for keeping America safe despite all his other disasters Its saddens me to see Colombians talk shit about Uribe. They are fools and much more that i wont even say ............ Lcacique makes some valid points. I respect you all. Most of you are very smart and eloquent. However with all due respect to you all when i write about Colombia, Uribe and my people I do get a bit emotional because I talk from the heart and what i experienced as a child and what i see now. i actually agreed with lou dobbs on a whole lot of shit. except some stuff about immigration and how he talks about immigrants, specifically latino immigrants. i do agree with him a lot in his social stances and economically. i think the immigration issue must be raised to further illegal immigration but to treat those who are already here with such extreme words is not the smartest move. does there have to be some type of cleaning house in regards to the millions of immigrants here, yes! the issue is being smart, humane and realistic in getting both sides of the table together and working out a new immigration reform bill. i dont have all the answers but this country can not continue allowing illegal immigrants to come in as they currently do. anybody who comes into this country illegaly should be prosecuted and deported. us dept of state and homeland security should work collectively with the heads of state at the nations that export the most immigrants here. monitoring these individuals in their own countries and enforcing deportations more effectively. children born in the US who are currently under the age of 16 but with two illegal parents should be sent back with their deported parents if no adult or guardian can take over them. increased vigilance of small businesses all over the country with tougher laws to prevent the hiring of illegals is a must. high penalties and/or including jail time. the infamous jornaleros should not be allowed. large groups of people standing in the corner waiting to be picked up for day work obviously spells i have no papers please help me. to see a cop car pass right by is sending the wrong message. and there is a lot more........... we need to stop being so f'n sensitive and fix shit in this country right away.

I agree... to some extent. But arent movies and tvshows a brief reflection of society and its customs. Not always but in most instances I believe so. I dont believe in tv censorship but I do believe in increasing funding in Education and requiring networks to have a more balanced programming schedule. One that may include educational and cultural shows.
