i studied spanish for a short while in getsemani. personally i wouldn't stay there but to each there own.
bocagrande and el laguito are MUCH nicer and you may be able to find similiarly priced places.
alot depends on when you are going because this time of year, esp. august is VERY HOT and for me, A.C. would be a priority.
