Break-ups and Common Law status

I live in Medellin and my Girlfriend of three years and I are on the outs. She moved out this weekend and now wants me to meet with her on Monday with her lawyer. Just wondering if anyone here has any idea what I should be prepared for. Can she lay claim to any of my property? What else? Help me please if anyone knows anything about what to expect.

Palimony in Colombia?

Last night during a friendly get together at my house the subject of Palimony came up. No one seemed to know much about it only saying they think that it exists. Any help here on PBH?
