transporting a Tractor to Medellin.

Hi all, I have read a large number of post on here for used cars, trucks, motorcycles and so on not being allowed into Colombia permanantly.. I would like to ship my 07 Kubota Tractor via MIA to MDE.. will need it for the acreage and since its pretty knew and not cheap, i am curious if this fits into the car/truck catagory?? or is there a farm machinery and implement exemption?? It would be staying permanantly.. Thanks for any help... mc ...
