I am looking for private housing within walking distance of any universities in Colombia. As far as space goes I don't need much space at all, and as far as amenities go running water is it. The smallest apartments would be a decent fit. I shouldn't anger tenants or landlords because I am not loud or a partier. My complexion is dark enough not to stick out but my spanish isn't good enough to not.
Cali would be my first choice as a university town.
