I know that places like Cartagena and Santa Marta are probably the main tourist attractions in Colombia at the moment. However, I've been to Cartagena and although there's nice beaches nearby, the beaches near the hotels are not that nice and there's more agressive vendors than people enjoying the beach. So my question is, what town has the right qualities to form a real good tourist attraction, i.e. has: - beautiful beaches - easy access (airport etc.) - cruise boarding ability - etc. ...
