Just a small update. I figured out that Google Maps has a nice feature for custom maps. I am able to add points, lines, polygons all from there. Seeing as how Google Maps already has the the streets for Barranquilla on it (unlike Google Earth) I will use that instead. It also has a nice collaboration tool to send invites to other users (with Google Accounts) if you want to help out. So far the only bus company with a website I've found is the Alianza Sodis. I'll be adding these, along with other routes on the maps. :)

Thanks! It looks like I'll be using some Google Earth power to work on this. :D It has a nice tool to create layers of polygons, or paths (which I will use). That way, once I start compiling them I can upload the whole folder of Barranquillan bus route paths so that other people can download on Google Earth. Unfortunately, the program still doesn't have the street names like the online Google Maps does. Will probably have to do some manual screenshots and work in Photoshop to create a PDF or something of the different regions. :) Then I can use those images straight on the site too.
