Oh! last time my fiance went to USA embassy they allow him to come in (miracle I guess) but I thought for turist visas they allowed USA citizens. In the other hand few months ago when I went to get a turist visa I went alone, the consul asked me 2 questions and he approved, BUT I saw many people refused so I was thinking ... well if they refuse me i would apply again and again (maybe they just want the money)

Mranderson I cant belive it! they should allow you to come in, there is no sense why they would refuse your wife´s visa . I´m sorry for you. I had too my interview for K1 USA visa was approved but they couldn´t issue until i bring a Police Certificate from UK (where I lived 1 year)... so I have to WAIT and WAIT about 40 days... Is so unfair they should have all of the police on a web base data.. I´m so freaking out about it

MaSep comments on Why No Applause When Colombianos Landing in Bogota??? the only time I´ve seen claping on a plane was when my fiance annouced by the microphone (he´s a pilot) that the love of his life wan on the plane and was the most beautiful woman on earth... so people claped and stande up to see which one was the most beautiful woman hahahaha. It was funny so at the end I had to stand up and say yes is me ok?

Last time I was in my parent´s in law house in Boston, and on tv there was an awful movie about Bogota ( the savage HOT) hahaha, and drug dealers every where, I couldn´t be more embarrased, my Mother in law said: so is that hot bogota? (((I think she was imaging my wedding with her son in the middle of the forest and a buffet of drugs for the guest, and helicopters arriving with the guest and eating a lechona or something wicked!!)) well I said: Hollywood is very imaginative we wont have helicopters at the wedding!!

MaSep comments on Gringo back from Bogota. ;o) I always tell my Gringo fiance to DO NOT talk to any body on the streets, so what I´ve told him to say if some one ask him for x thing or document is: I can not give you any thing please contact my hotel PH:57657656765576 etc..and walk away. (learn that pharse in spanish) and if you have to show somethings ask them for their ID. Yes Bogta is a nice city but like in all the cities in the world there are god and bad people.

Hi Robert, I went to US embassy on the 3d Oct and they gave me the packet #4 because the mail in Bogota just doesn´t work.. I went with the downloaded pack #3 and the lady before giving me the interview appointmt asked me if I had the Police Certificate from England, and I said yes yes yes (I studied english in UK for 1 year and I tought I had "the police certificate""" from there.) so she schedueled my intervw for the 23rd Oct. I came back home and started putting all my doc togheter and oh my god! what I thought was my police certificate is just a Registration with the police that was expided when I extended my visa there... the next week my fiance arrived to Bogta and we went to British embassy and BAD news, "" they told me you have to send a form and 10 pounds to UK police and they will send your certificate in 52 days""""" I went to the embassy and asked if they could re schedule my appointment but they say NO yoú must come to the interview. So we expect to be denied we understand they need that doc, but in the other hand I don´t understad why if it is a Non immigrant visa (k1) they want it?I can get that doc for my change of status, also I´ve had turist visa in which I decided to not get married and do the things in the right way. I will post my interview experience on tuesday

MaSep comments on K-1 / Tourist Visa Question I had the same question before, and I wanted to get another turist visa while my k1 was approved, well ..someone told me it was very difficult to get it while the k1 in DHS... I think yes they will let her in into US, she has to be very enfatic in immigration border to tell the official she will get married when you get your K1, and that she is just going for short vacation.

My turist visa interview: what do you work? (I don´t work), what are u going to do in USA? (meet my parents in law and hang up with my boyf for a while), why do you have a english visa in your passport? (I studyied english in there), are you planning to get married in USA ( no my family is a bunch of selfish and they want me to get married in Bogota damn!) Ok Miss your visa is approved!

But I really get offended is that you are trying to say to me underlines that I might be one of thouse poor and whore looking women from here also saying that you would´t married unless she´s virgin makes me think you also are telling me that all colombianas includying me are whores. well let me tell you something. I just can tell you mexicans are kind of not really good looking guys, I would say the worst men in the world. Colombian men they are not that crap but still... they cheat so bad on their wifes and they have that machism under the skin, (no wonderr why colombian women get married with forengers)
