MLR, you are probably correct about the limited acces to JSTOR. If you are interested, my cousin is writing a book based on (and just for family consumption) our family's part in the in the Colonizacion Antioqena and he just gave me a copy of his manuscript covering the early chapters as they went from Sonson to Sta. Rosa and eventually to help found Pereira. Let me know and i will send you a copy as an attachment.

MLR, got your message, my brother is reading it right now, but he said he'll fotocopy it and I will send it to you as soon as possible.

So that is related to your field of study? Cool, How did you wind up interested I that particular subject? Here is a link to the Risaralda gov. website on my great grandfather who is the central subject of the book. http://www.risaralda.gov.co/cultura/index.php?option=com_content&task=...

to post pic you must use this code < img src=" "

now in between both quotation marks you must put the link to the picture. it has to be uploaded to some site. for example myspace, photobucket, yahoo, etc.
then after the closing quotation mark you close with a >

let me know how that goes

jejejee.....for guilty pleasures.....

houstongal says on Mar 4, 09:07:

Yeah, I think anything would be more enjoyable than staying up all night working on micro econ. I took that course back when I was a freshman eons ago. I'm glad I took it b/c the B-school allowed me to take graduate level classes when I was in grad school and I wanted to round out my electives (all psychology and statistics makes for a very dull resume).

Isn't PBH a guilty pleasure then?

houstongal says on Mar 4, 19:07:

Advanced micro econ..... oohhh....sounds like a wonderful way to fall asleep. Only kidding!

Psych is interesting because it's a rather large field with very different disciplines. Some examples off the top of my head.....social, child, cognitive, experimental, clinical, sports, personality, industrial/organizational (my field), neuropsych, educational. The stats was mandatory for a Ph.D.

Yup, if I were still in school PBH would definitely have been a guilty pleasure. A distraction from studying or writing papers or a reward for completing personal milestones. Now get back to the books!
