Colombia has no banking and real estate problem, like many other countries. Now there are less than 20.000. That`s basics. Not "strategically pulled back" Colombians are proude of them (perhabs you not). That was not 10 years ago. Now taxsystem is working, Social security was reformed and saved from going bankrupt. Restructuring Telecom and selling it. Health insurances for most of the poblation. Much more student places in public universities, more education spending in SENA and cajas de compensacion. More accesable parks from Confenlaco, comfama etc. When you are in Medellin, I can show you lots of public investment in Vivienda de interes social, libaries, schools etc.

The Military is up before the military court of human rights for killing people and saying they were guerillas." the military is the most admired colombian institution. around 80% are giving their aprovement to them. And yes justice works, how many military are now underi investigation? How many were 8 - 10 years ago? Palacio de justicia, General Rios etc. Yes, justice works, because there are investigations under way, the first ones have to stay 40 years in jail, yes, that`s justice. "2. Legestlation that has been approved under the current administration is anti-labor and pro-monopolies." How many people work legaly employed for you? Now the administration is much more legal for bothe sides, much more people now pay social security, pension , EPS etc. Now exist much more jobs than 10 years ago? btw at what level in the jobmaket in the US or Europe? In the US highest unemployment rate in 30 years? Much more controle of laws. A functioning taxsystem. SECURITY .That`s basement for development.
