madison833 comments on Harley Davidson motorcycles in Colombia Harleys in Bucaramanga In the 70's La Policia De Transito used them in Bucaramanga. I don't know the age of the bikes but they had a shifter by the tank. They where white or off white. I wonder what became of these bikes. I suppose that other cities used them also. Would be neat to own one of those.

madison833 comments on Cucuta worked for me. Cucuta worked for me the last time I crossed the border about 11 years ago. You will cross to Urena / San Antonio, make sure that you have your visas set, or you could experience delays. Were your passport is from, and what kind of visa you have, can make a difference. When I tried it I found that if you were planning to come back to Colombia or Venezuela it was helpful to have a multiple entry visa. You could however go into Venezuela for about 20 miles or so without a Venezula visa, I don't know if that is still the case.
