"I want to stay in a hotel in or near the La 70 neighborhood near the Estadio metro station, but I heard they are tearing up and replacing all the sidewalks in that area (apparently because of the upcoming S. American Games in March 2010). Can any of you confirm that? I can't believe the whole neighborhood is this way. I don't want to be in a construction zone during my stay. thanks!"
