ok here is the situation i have about $20000us and i am looking to buy a 2 bedroom house in colombia without using a bank i have a house in puerto rico and i did it there i paid the owner half of the money of the house at signing when my wifes name was put on the deed and every month i paid him towards the balance after 1 year and a half i paid the balance plus a extra $5000 for doing it now the house is in my wifes and my name our credit is bad due to someone stealing my credit cards this is why i cant deal with banks still fighting to fix this problem
