Well Just for the record, The Judge has rendered his decision in this matter. and has ruled in my favor in the amount of $500.00 plus court costs. So this proves that Mr Pugh went outside the scope of our signed rental agreement by subjecting me to Liquid damages. when he had no right to do so. and that is the bottom line of this whole debate.

Sanmario/Mousepad or what ever name your chose to go by today I never said I was holding a contest. where do you get that Idea? nor did i publish it to be any type of "Event" so I don't need sanctioning by the Alcaldia, I am free to take all the photos I want of SM, and the people of SM, as long as I have the signed release forms. if one needed permits to take photos, then I suspect every tourist that visited SM would be subject to arrest or penalties. so let them come at me any way they want. I am here and I don't run from anything. Mousepad writes "he is not welcome around SM anymore. If so maybe he will end up at Alcaldia or even better yet in the arms of DAS" I highly doubt it MP, in fact if DAS wants to meet me they will get there chance next month, as I will be in Bogota and Manizales. would you like my flight# and arrival date to put this to the test? however DIAN might want there taxes from running a rental in Colombia, your not the only one with friends, the lawyer who crafted my release forms works for the DIAN. so your rental business is of great interest to them. Mousepad also states "is somebody is having miserable & pathetic life? Why not get involved into some voluntary endeavor that is worthwhile for society" Is this how you Judge people based on weather or not they donate to volunteer programs? you haven't a clue what I do for society, just like I don't know what you do to give yourself some type of "self worth". but since you bring this up, I do a lot of volunteer work for many programs here, and donate hundreds of hours of my time to community programs and a lot of $$$ to certain charities, like you, I don't need to work. and can retire right now If I choose to do so. I didn't know she was that creative, as well as delusional" Then perhaps you know how I felt when dealing with MP. perhaps MP is psycho as well? and his claims should be treated as such, in a week or so when I get the transcripts, I will prove otherwise, he may have also committed perjury himself in front of the small claims judge as well. by making false statements of the No contact hearing judge, my point was simple, MP is not as innocent and sweet and respectable as he is claiming to be, since he seems more focused on character assault than the facts at hand. so he left me no choice but to show his character is also that of a bully. but at least my charge was dismissed for lack of evidence to support MP's claim. and btw, I see a few posts and threads have been deleted, and just for the record, I didn't ask the mods or the owner to delete them.

Mousepad or Tim, Bill jones or Cichimbo, or what ever hanlde your going by What sparked all this, is the simple fact you went outside the scope of our agreement in siezing the deposit and subjecting me to "liquid damages" which was not outlined in our agreement. and now 3 1/2 months later, you are making a claim that I did damage to your property? 3 1/2 months later? lord knows how many others you have rented it out to since then. or who rented prior to my arrival, and since I never inspected the other side of your "Black stianed" mattress upon my arrival. I am unable to prove it was pre-existing. next time I will know to check this. I took good care of your property Tim, and you know it, I even went as far as Smoking my cigs outside of your residence and picking up my own cigarette butt, and never once smoked a cig in your home. I would also like to take the time to address some of your other issues as well. as it seems there is a lot of confusion in our understanding. First, you knew the main reason for my going to SM was for business. I asked you about doing photos poolside at the residence, and you told me to talk to the Admin, to get permission in exchange for a tip. seeing that this was too much hassle, I elected not to pursue doing any photos poolside with my models. nor were any photos produced poolside, but yet you claim I did??? Did you get the Admin to say that for a Tip??? Secondly you never instructed me to familairize myself with the rules and regulations of the Brisas Del Lago neighborhood as you claimed in court yesterday, nor did you provide me a copy of the rules and regulations. the only rules you provided me was in our rental agreement. Thirdly, I felt I stayed within the rules and regulations as outlined in our agreement, by only having one guest over at a time. even if it meant I had several guests come by the residence during the day, by stagering appointments times to meet these ladies. in addition, when any of the women came by with a premio or amigo/a without my consent, I explained to them I am only allowed one guest at any given time, and were quickly sent away, often times in the same taxi they arrived in, other times the gals walked in with there friend, agian I explained to them i am only allowed one guest at a time and were turned away and asked to leave, and were escorted out of the facility by me. in doing so, this demonstrates that I had a willingness to comply and respect your rules. I bet the admin and security failed to document this fact. Also, the Admin could have come talked to me and expressed his concerns, as I am not more than what? 100-150ft? is he that lazy? if there was concerns of illegal activity being conducted with minors, then why did they not act on it? which you seemed to be "fixated" on without any facts to prove this. I wold have welcomed the police to come check things out. as I have nothing to hide from them. In addition, I did not get your email about these concerns until 4 days after the so called "concerns" but my question for you is, if this was such a great concern, how come you never called me? you provided me a used cell phone which worked quite nicely, and please don't claim you tried to call me, cause NONE of your emails mention you tried to call me. You also refered to me use your neighbors Taxi service. this in itself effectively modifies our agreement in regards to "conducting business" since services were provided in exchange for cash. often times I would come and go several times a day, sometimes more. but yet there were no objections by the Admin or others. since you seem to make "unusally high traffic" an issue. besides, that Taxi driver is not as respectable as you might think he is, you should've heard some of his requests and I'll leave it at that! In regards to the so called "Threating emails", please by all means publish them, and and do not sanitize them like you did at the no contact hearing. you intentionally took them out of context.and attemped to manipulate my statements at threats, no where do my emails state that I would cause any type of physical harm to you. and I made it clear to you I would remedy this thru legal channels. agian be honest. cause I have the same documentation here that would prove otherwise. Mousepad States "Just trying to protect my family like any good husband & father would do" I don't think a certian ex would agree with that statement. but thats just my opinion :P:) I'll be back tonight.

Mousepad I am ordering a copy of the transcripts of our No contact order hearing, and will prove you a lair to every one here, In your post you made this Statement Mousepad states "The stalking order was a legitimate thing and he failed to mention he WAS found to have violated the temp stalking order although the stalking law where I live in the states is NOT designed for this kind of situation. Civil case instead & THAT is why a permanent order was not imposed" Be Honest Timbo. tsk tsk, caught you in a lie, and will prove it with transcripts. What the Judge Said, I "May" have voilated the no contact order by posting a message on this site, those were HER EXACT WORDS, tsk tsk, shame on your for lying timmy. The Judge also went on to State that in order to prove I made threats agiasnt you, 3 requirements must be met. Which you were unable to prove to her with my emails that you used as evidence which was the basis of your claim for filing in the first place. The Judge Dismissed the no contact order on the grounds for "lack of preponderance of evidence" Currently the small claims judge has this document, but will be returned to me shortly, once i get it back, I will scan it and post it here. which will prove Mousepads statements are false. in addition, I will order the transscripts of the hearing, and make them public. If your gonna lie, please have the documents to back up your claim timmy.

Well I guess it's time to air 'Dirty Laundry" Tim pugh has twisted many things and statements surrounding the facts of this matter, I will be ordering transscripts and will be posting them online in the next couple of weeks. and I'll let you people decide who the lair is in this matter, as Tim contradicts himselfs many times. I wanted to avoid Tim the Embarassment. but since Mr Tim Pugh wants to play the Mr Sweet and Innocent "Victim" I have certian knowledge of a very messy divorce with his ex involving certian orders placed on him. you wanna air dirty laundry? let's Rock and Roll buddy! Oh yeah, I especially liked that "Black Stain" on the mattress touch, I could hardly control myself! and wanted to burst out in laughter when I heard that one. it's pretty sad that you have to resort to frabricating fake damages. I'll let you tell the story, since you seem to be a more accomplished liar. As for the broken window latch, that was broken by the AC repairman who had to climb out the window to get to the a/c unit on the roof, your maid was present and witnessed this when it occured, but I am certian you probably swayed her testimony with threats of termination. poor maid, that she has to work for such an a$$hole boss.! Only in Colombia! Oh yeah I got lots to say, and beleive me, I will be addressing everything in detial. including Tim's fabricating statements of the Judge who heard my no contact order in todays Small claims trial. This Thread is gonna get interesting

I just found this thread agian, I am reading over all the posts now, and will respond to all accordingly in due time, The owners in the dispute have also manupliated many things, and I will be more than happy to clear the air on several issues. So today we had our day in court, which was done thru a phone conference. the Judge will render his decision in a couple of days. Trust me I got lots to say and present to you all. this should prove to be an entertianing thread.

lochdhu comments on Colombinitas SOHO Love2colombia, the problem with some of your girls is all the photos have been photoshopped to hell and back, blemishes and freckles removed, plasticised skin, and new skin airbrushed on them. silicone implants, nose jobs, contact lenses, etc etc. while they may be nice to look at and all, they are all fake. Aeropuerto Bogota no Tiene Can anyone explain to me why they have the roll of toilet paper outside the stall? it's bad enough you come running into a stall and Mr Hanky is touching cotton only to learn the TP is outside the stall, so you have to grab a bunch before entering the stall. this is not limited to just Colombia, but all major destinations in South America. is TP that highly valued?

lochdhu comments on children in colombia Yes it's sad to see this. but education also starts in the home, and families (Mothers and Fathers) must act more responsible. but this is hard to do when a single parent, or in some cases both parents have to work 1-3 full time jobs to support the family, keep a roof over there kids head and put food on the table. leaving no time for the parents to raise there kids properly. leaving the children to fend for themselves or be raised by younger siblings. Education starts in the home. and parents must act responsibly.

Funny you mention the "Cougar" thing, my sister who is 39, been married 4 times and has 3 kids and just recently divorced has been hooked up with a 20 yr old burger flipping bum for the past year. she knows it won't last more than a few years, and is in it mainly for the sex as she has admitted to me. while I may not like it, I respect her wishes and say nothing and treat the kid with respect as I would anyone else.
