domestic flights - delays

Hey guys,
travelling to Colombia this August with a group of 25 people. We are actually going to sing there. I have one question for you...we are on domestic flight from Cartagena to Bogota at around 9:20AM which seems great, but our international flight back to Europe departs at 5PM from Bogota. Dont you have any experience with flight cancellations or delays... I mean how often do they occur? Do you think we will be able to make it in case something happens?
