problems uploading pics

Hi all,

Anyone know if there's a general problem with the option to upload pictures to the personal image gallery??? I have some kick-ass photos from my recent travels through Colombia, and have tried several times and always get this:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 680 bytes) in /var/www/html/colombia/modules/image/image.inc on line 547

They're by no means heavy files, meaning less than 200kb. ...

Getting to Santa Marta

I'll be doing some much needed travelling around Colombia in december, and have a couple of specific questions that maybe some of you may help me with:

-How long does the bus take from Medellin to Santa Marta?
-How much does it cost?
-We plan on staying in Taganga, probably La Casa de Felipe as it looks really nice and prices aren't too bad... any other suggestions?
-What's the best way to spend a night inside the Parque Tayrona, and how much is it gonna cost? ...
