need accomodations

I would like to find a place (room or apartment)to stay near Chia Tabio or Cajica. I can not find a hotel there. Someone told me about Pueblito de Yerba Buena, but I can't find any info and they do not speak English. Can someone give me some advice?
I am going to buy a finca. I have narrowed my search to Tabio or Cajica, does anyone know a real estate agent in that area??
