CONCEPT: According to Colombian civil law, the prenuptial agreement is the contract that man and wife sign before the marriage, in which they discuss the property of the assets bought during their union.

For those who dont know me, my name is Esteban Rada. I am a colombian lawyer who usually writes an article every week about a common legal topic. In the same time I represent some people from PBH in legal cases here in Colombia.
