A Canadian woman in the USA

Wants to marry her boyfriend... she is in Miai right now and she has over stayed her permit to vist USA.
They want to get married, What are the steps for her to do so?
Can she just marry him?

Hey so she is there and it is all different from waht she expected...he has no intention to marry her and her time is almost up...
Waht can she do to not go back home..I know you will be objective about this..
There is no happiness in her heart and she feels that they are not right for eachother....]

Once again how much time!!!

OK the girl gets her envelope from embassy.
1. How much time does she have to respond to the embassy in bogota to get her apointment?

2. If she has children and they are not going with her on the first trip, does she still need to fiil out all the kids forms and present their birth certificates?

How much time

Hey guys I am not sure if this has already been answered.
I have a question, once a girl gets her visa how long can she stay in Colombia, does she have to go right away.
And how long does she have to stay in USA once she is married.
What if the couple want to stay in Colombia longer or live for a time down here. but they have already fiiled for a visa. Can the girl loose her visa, will she be able to come back frequently.
Is it a wierd question. I really need to kn ...
