just got home and opened my mail box and there it was an envelope from the NVC with the case number assigned, woohoo!!! I only filed for the I130 never sent in a I129f, I guess that is the CR1, and along with the packet I received a choice of agent form, do I have to send that form as well? not quite sure. the fee bill says I only need to send in the money along with the tear off, so whatdo I do with teh choice of agent. Finally received NOA 2 after 10 and half months, dated april 18/07. NOA 1 dated june 30/06. Unbelievable, Don't let those dates on the USCIS website fool you. This is how it worked, I sent a letter about 3 or 4 weeks ago to the VSC and requested an update on my case so a coupel of weeks later my case si approved, so I wonder was my case put away in some file room and forgotten? It has been 9 months since I file the I-130 and I did not file a I-129F, not quite have a reason for it but did not do it, I'm frustrated at this point and not sure what is about to come from now on, so I have no clue if it would be wise to file the I-129F at this stage. any advice on the subject would be much appreciated. thanks. Hi, recently got married n Im about to send all the paper work along with the I-130 and I just wanted to get some pointers on which documents need to be sent, although I have an idea. I just dont want to make nay mistakes.I think it will delay the process.
