I have a mountain of information regarding inmobiliarias houses app for rent or to purchase, but why should I share this info, ha maybe I should sell it Also in my opinion Rodadero is grim, bleak,expensive,gringo infested sad and predictable. This is a genuine sale and the potential here is massive. There are 5 en suite rooms and a 3 bedroom apartment. Also there is so much wasted space where you could buy bunk beds and turn the place into a huge backpackers hostel. and make a fortune. All taxes and documents etc are all up to date there are no hidden problems. The land itself is a gold mine because you could flatten the place and build a couple of high rise apartment buildings etc

la campiña comments on Cali hostel but better the nature of the beast, people change their minds, four rooms are spoken for until late dec, however my remaining room after the 24th sept is up for grabs. Out of sight is out of mind so I need to keep reminding folk, I cater normally for long term stayers and sometimes if they find work and 3 or 6 month work contracts and therefore friends I know its cheaper for them to club together and find a place of their own. Its a fluid business here so I'm covering all angles.Better to turn people away if I'm full than to have empty rooms, gotta pay the bills ha.

I will be looking to teach english first and maybe later open a hostel. I will be looking to teach english at first and maybe later open a hostel. I really need some info about a place to live regards barrios , I would prefer an area slightly outside the center off the gringo trail although depending on advice I would live central. la campiña comments on Jobs for Gringos in Colombia I was excepted with flying colours ( colors) I omitted to explain the very uncomfortable sensation that passed my inner bowl area when I innocently asked if I could use the books or course THEY use to teach privately in my home , NO was the retort, quaking a little I presumptuously asked if I could use my own books to teach privately at home, NOOOOOOOOO again was the answer, so kind of like Oliver asking for more food I asked " how on earth would you possibly know if I taught english in my home as I have done for many years" !!!!! HA I heard " berlitz knows everything " SECT I thought and ran for my life, so me and salmon rushdie are living in the outer hebrides trying to get comfortable with our outer appearances him a swedish masseur and quite attractive I might add, me HAAAA cant tell you that because then you would KNOW, but dont they anyway

la campiña comments on Jobs for Gringos in Colombia sometimes not knowing much spanish can work to your advantage with regards to teaching english here in colombia for example, apply for a job at berlitz ( an international company who have a world wide reputation for paying well and teaching in their unique style with very good results) and as I did years ago told the truth and explained my spanish was not very good , also as I am english my grammar is good however I cannot explain all the pedantic rules I thought you needed to know to be able to teach english ( didnt matter). If you have good intentions to teach and help colombian kids learn english and you know you can do it dont be afraid to blag it and talk yourself up because you would be amazed, shocked and a little disappointed at the level of english ( bad) teachers dont have here who are colombian teachers teaching english. I'm english and have lived in cali for 8 years and also I am married to a bogotana, ( rolita) good luck, if you need any help mail me.

AND when you have safely arrived in popayan and taken in the stunning colonial white city, 20 minutes south from there on the road to Purace is Coconuco and thermal baths. When entering popayan from the north ( cali ) there is a centro commercial quite new on your right 2 blocks after is Exito the supermarket all very close to the bus terminal. To your left a few blocks closer to the river is a zone with many cheap hotels like hostals but colombian owned, great value and recommended. In the center is a great hostal called www.hosteltrailpopayan.com , carr 11 - 4#16. And of course the same road to Purace continues to San Agustin and Huila etc. Now if this read in any kind of logic I would have explained about Piendamo a mini bus terminal and a pueblito 30 minutes north of popayan where you can take a bus to Silvia a stunning village where colourful indigenous folk still live and from there to tierra dentro all very close to CALI.

Monpirri, mondongo, sancocho de gallina, ajiaco, bandeja paisa, chicharon, rellena, this is a general list of colombia not peculiar to the valle del cauca, and also I dont know what tickles you pallete because I love spicy food and the majority of colombians dont.
