hi, 2 months is fine and in september 2 people are leaving ( work contracts expire ) the area is safe also the house, this is a main concern safety obviously, most people here are brits north americans and ozzies ha ha, teachers or people that want a place to live and meet good friends,a house that is more homely than a hostal and of course the pool helps. It's quite a rich area posh cafes, boutiques, close to everything you need and also 3 hostals are very close so the locals are used to seeing gringos wandering around, keep in touch and I will do all I can to help you Paul

guesthouse,dragonflycali,huge house with swimming pool,safe,quiet area minutes from restaurants,bars,boutiques,clubs.Private ensuite rooms,free laundry,internet,wifi,local calls,sat TV room,chill area with hammock,dart board,bbq,Paul 3165544187

Hi La Campiña, thank you so much for your answer. Yes please could you give me more info about how to send my things to Colombia (Manizales).

I live in Holland on Sea , Essex but it's not a problem for me to drive to London.

I appreciate your help.

We are actually going to Colombia next January, so I need to send many boxes from now so they arrive before we do.

Many thanks again.

Thanks for the compliment on the bass. It's my favorite for the time being (until I purchase a sixties Fender Jazz Bass).

Do you play drums? If I get to Cali, we'll have to throw something together. Unfortunately, I'm not as talented as most Colombian Bass players (the vallenato bassists are amazing!).

Hello, thanks very much for the info about the Colombian place in Holloway, I do actually know where it is, I used to go there for sanchocho and empanadas, very nice. I will go to London begining of October so I will go there.

Please tell us the joke about the A to Z.

Do you play in a band? I'm saying because of your picture. My husband used to play in a band called "INIMENTER"

Sorry La Campiña I pressed enter by mistake. Anyway did you ever heard about them? they were not famous at all, but if you are into gigs at Camden Town you might have heard of them. That's if you like rock and metal.

How come you live in Colombian now? You might be able to help us with a few queries that we have, I am Colombian but haven't lived there for too long and I don't really know how or where to go to do a few task about moving back to Colombia.

Anyway I hope you are OK I'll keep reading your comments. I haven't for a while but I'm back now.

Take care and thanks again.

What shall we do with the dreames
Who see a world we can never know
Who have found a place of wonder
Where only children dare to go

What shall we do with the dreames
Whose world has no room for hate
Whose vision of tomorrow抯 promise
Is so far removed from our fate

For they dream of a thousand tomorrows
Each one better than the one before
A future filled with compassion
For the tired, the weak, the hungry and the poor

What shall we do with the dreamers
Who no longer answer when we ask why
Who work to make their world better
And are unefraid to try
What whall we say to the dreamers
Whose lives make ours seem so bare
Who make us feel so empty
Because they dare to care
For they dream not of thing done before
But of the miracles which lie ahaid
Of the needy who can be assisted
And the famshed who can be fed

What shall we make of the dreamers
When they choose not to live as we
When they say our world has no meaning
As long as others are still not free
What shall we think of the dreamers
When they no longer listen to what we say
When their silence leaves us uneasy
And they refuse to go away

For they dream of fanciful figures
Poised in mid-flight
Angels with Wings of Grace
Floating on the light
Messengers from the next world
So unfamiliar but yet not strange
Bringing word of the New World
The begginnin of the change

What shall we do with the dreamers

(maybe you recognice it?. . . jejejejeje. if you don´t just type "what shall we do about the dreamers" and you will understand. And thanks to add me as a friend. I feel honored.)

See you in a bit.

hi there paul, i think we met a few weeks ago, i visited jens at ?your place in granada, he and i climbed up 3 cruces. i have not been as social or gotten to know cali quite as much as i would have liked so far, have been extremely busy in the hospital. i am going to look into cutting down the number of night and weekend shifts so i can actually get to know cali a bit better and perhaps travel to salento or san cipriano or manizales for a weekend. i did go out to juanchito which was great fun, and also went to the feria in yumbo the other night, massive party. if you have any get togethers at your house in the next few weeks do let me know.

I arrive in Cali on Wednesday and after a familiarisation process will look for English teaching work and may need a TV to watch some Premier League footy on with a beer and some english company.
