La crítica lo descartaba, más por cachaco que por falta de mérito. Pero el acordeonero, pareja musical de Otto Serge, triunfó en el Festival.

Do you just eat them out of the jar, or are they used in making some sort of Colombian desert? I don't know why I buy all these things that I don't have a clue about. Thank god I didn't buy the jar of pejibaye fruits next to it. What are they good for?

In the BellSouth flyer that arrived in today's post here in Orlando for their "International Advantage at Home" a photo of Cartagena caught my eye. The photo is supposed to be a postcard from a family vacationing or possibly residing in Cartagena! It reads.

Whilst at the supermarket stocking up on pulp from various Colombian fruit varieties I came across a couple I haven't tried yet. BOROJO and CURUBA. My mother-in-law said that instead of water I should prepare one of them with milk (can't recall which she said). However whilst trying to find out how much sugar I should add when mixing the pulp I kept coming across all manner of websites touting the miraculous properties of BOROJO. Anyone know if it is known as a wonder fruit in Colombia?

All of you are probably familiar with the little Chocolate Jet bars, but did you know that the same company also makes a very high quality line of chocolate bars? They are not easy to come by, but I have found a place on the web that sells them at a very low price, only $1.65 a bar! This is an excellent chocolate and a great deal.

Just had an idea that I think might be a nice addition to PBH.
Lots of members have Colombia related photo blogs and other websites that are hosted off site. Many of these sites we only hear mention of when a member posts a link and it is forgoten unless one bookmarks the page.
