How to connect my rental house to the internet

I have a restored house in the Old City in Cartagena that I will be renting. I would like it to be connected to the internet so that renters have acces. It might not be a bad idea to have a vonage phone or some kind of VOIP set-up for calls to the U.S. Does anyone know what options there are in Cartagena in terms of connectivity? Someone there said I would need a phone line/internet line and that it costs $50 per month. Any advice? ...

I am planning to remodel a house in Cartagena. I was hoping to find a way to find either cheap antiques or an equivalent of a store like IKEA. The other option is to bring what I can from the US.Does anyone have any suggestions? I know there is a store in Barranquilla that is relatively inexpensive. The other option is to pick things up in
