Bogota apartahotels or hotel

I need to go to Bogota for about a week on June 8th. I would like stay around the north area from Chappinero Alto to maybe up to calle 100. The prices have nearly doubled in one year at all the hotels and apartahotels. Anyone suggest where to go around 40-50 US a Day? ...
